Terms & Conditions

By scheduling a service or submitting a booking request with Thumb Coast Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

All appointments require a non-refundable $40 confirmation deposit paid via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle prior to your scheduled appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service balance.

The deposit confirms your time slot and covers our scheduling and preparation costs. It is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Remaining balances are due upon completion of service. We currently accept payment via:

• Venmo
• Cash App
• Zelle
• Cash

Please send your make, model, and photos of your vehicle in advance so we can confirm your quote before your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new appointment time. Your deposit may be applied to the rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for deposit credit or transfer.

We primarily serve Port Huron and St. Clair County, Michigan. Services outside this area may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional travel fee. Contact us to confirm availability for your location before booking.

By scheduling a service, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner's authorization for the service to be performed. You agree to disclose any known pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions relevant to the service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, rust, worn trim, or other conditions present before the service begins. We will make every effort to document vehicle condition prior to beginning work.

Thumb Coast Mobile Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided for that appointment.

In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our work, we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality documentation and portfolio purposes. Photos may be shared on our social media or website. If you prefer your vehicle not be photographed, please let us know at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update noted at the top. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
